 Dcn. Andrew was born in Toledo, Ohio to Phillip and Cheryl Leathers (Kallil) in 1976. Growing up in the military, the family moved frequently before settling in Kentucky. He attended the University of Kentucky, earning a B.A. in History and Political Science in 1999. Having met his future wife in high school, he and Laura Collins were married in 2001 and together they have six children. Dcn. Andrew enrolled at The Ohio State University and completed a M.B.A. in 2006. Since that time, he has been working in the field of supply chain management. Dcn. Andrew completed the Diaconate Program at Holy Cross in 2018. He was ordained by the hand of His Eminence Metropolitan Nicholas of Detroit on March 3, 2019 and currently serves at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Louisville, Kentucky.
