 Father Ciprian was born on June 11, 1980 in Sibiu, Romania. He was raised in a priestly family, his father being a priest for more than 34 years. After attending the local schools, he enrolled in the Faculty of Theology, where he completed two years of theological studies. In January 2002, he transferred to the Hellenic College in Boston, from which he graduated in May 2005 with the highest distinction. In May 2007, Father Ciprian graduated Holy Cross School of Theology with high distinction, obtaining a degree in Master of Divinity.
